Refund Policy

At Gems Wellness Studio, we take pride in providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients have a positive experience. Because our services are time-based, customized, and require preparation for each appointment, all sales are final. Please review our policy below.

1. No Refunds on Services

All services, including body sculpting, wellness treatments, teeth whitening, tooth gems, and any add-ons, are non-refundable.
Once a service is completed or an appointment slot is reserved, we cannot issue refunds.

2. No Refunds on Deposits

Deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Deposits go toward your scheduled session and help protect our time.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment [insert time frame, e.g., 24 or 48 hours] before their scheduled time.

• If you reschedule within the allowed window, your deposit will transfer to the new date.

• If you attempt to reschedule after the window or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to show up for their appointment without notice:

• The deposit is forfeited

• A new deposit is required to book again

• Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings

5. Memberships / Packages

If you offer memberships or multi-session packages:

• Membership payments are non-refundable, even if sessions go unused.

• Sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
