Gemz Wellness Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides wellness and aesthetic services including body sculpting, teeth whitening, and tooth gem application. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be:

• At least 18 years old (or have parental consent where permitted).

• In good health and able to receive non-medical wellness services.

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could impact your service.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

We are not a medical facility and do not provide medical treatments, diagnosis, or advice.
All services are cosmetic or wellness-based and results vary per client.

4. Booking & Payment

• Appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking platform.

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Failure to pay required deposits may result in automatic cancellation.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee or lose their deposit.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

• All sales are final.

• No refunds are issued on services, deposits, or products.

• We do not guarantee specific results; outcomes vary by individual.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow all aftercare instructions.

• Arrive on time to your appointment.

• Not consume alcohol or drugs before your session.

• Inform your technician of any discomfort during your service.

8. Health & Safety

We maintain strict sanitation and follow all state and local regulations.
If a client shows signs of illness or poses a safety concern, we reserve the right to refuse service.

9. Teeth Whitening & Tooth Gems

By booking, you understand:

• Results vary depending on lifestyle, genetics, oral hygiene, and natural tooth shade.

• Tooth gems are temporary cosmetic accessories and may fall off if not cared for correctly.

• We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper aftercare.

10. Body Sculpting Services

You acknowledge that:

• Body contouring results vary.

• Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

• These treatments are non-invasive and not a substitute for medical procedures or weight-loss programs.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt website functions.

• Not to reproduce or copy any content without permission.

• All content, branding, logos, designs, and images are the property of Gemz Wellness Studio.

12. Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through booking forms, email, or communication will be kept confidential and never sold.
